RealMinds Student Rentals (“we”, “us”) operates this website to share information about our student rental in Thorold, Ontario and to let prospective tenants get in touch. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Inquiry details you submit. When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, school, desired move-in date and message you provide.
- Direct contact. If you email or call us, we receive whatever information you choose to share (including your email address or phone number).
- Basic usage data. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that record aggregate, anonymized visit statistics (such as page views). This does not identify you personally.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and answer questions about availability.
- To review and process rental applications when you choose to apply.
- To understand, at an aggregate level, how the website is used so we can improve it.
How your information is handled
Contact-form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, and arrive in our email inbox. The website is hosted on Vercel, and analytics are provided by Vercel’s cookieless analytics. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and application information only as long as needed to respond to you, assess your application, and (if you become a tenant) administer your tenancy, after which it is deleted or retained only as required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared with us. Just email realmindsbiz@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it. We handle personal information in line with Ontario and Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
